Office of Ethics and Compliance

The Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC)’s mission is to assist Shinawatra University, recognized as an international center of scholarship, teaching, and research, in carrying out its academic mission with integrity. The OEC ensures that university activities are conducted in compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.

The OEC Office reports to Vice president. The OEC team ( is comprised of:

HR Manager – Chief ethics and compliance officer

Senior HR officer – Chief legal officer

Director of Academic Affairs – Advisor

Director of Student Affairs – Advisor

IT Administrator – Information Security officer HR officer – Secretary
