Shinawatra University recognizes the importance of participation in society. Therefore, a survey of the problems and needs of the Bo Ngoen community was undertaken, which is the community nearby the university, by operating under “Academic and Research Services Integration Project to promote careers and the quality of life of the people in the Bo Ngoen community.” The university has initiated this project since the academic year 2014 and has carried out activities that are beneficial to the community together with various agencies continuously, such as Bo Ngoen Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Bo Ngoen Community Elderly Club and educational institutions, etc. As the vision of the university states, “The university maintains its status as an international university producing graduates with management skills being an ethically and socially responsible entrepreneur. In addition, the university’s faculty and officers are knowledgeable and talented in many fields of academics which can be conveyed to the community to be able to continue and strengthen the community.
